Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time is the time required to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.

Tracking & Insurance

• Tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Other Notes

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Some oversized or restricted items may take longer to process.

Last-mile notes: Local courier may deliver between 9am-6pm
